Return & Refund Policy
At Nazara, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or refund under the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID, invoice, or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., trimmers, razors, undergarments)
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or not following care instructions
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please:
- Email us at returns@nazara.pk or send a WhatsApp message to +92 305 3453035
- Provide your Order ID, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe delivery of your return.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds may be issued via store credit, bank transfer, or the original payment method, depending on your preference.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the product and place a new order.
