Return & Refund Policy

At Nazara, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or refund under the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID, invoice, or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., trimmers, razors, undergarments)
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or not following care instructions

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please:

  1. Email us at returns@nazara.pk or send a WhatsApp message to +92 305 3453035
  2. Provide your Order ID, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe delivery of your return.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds may be issued via store credit, bank transfer, or the original payment method, depending on your preference.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the product and place a new order.
